Under the patronage of the respected President of the Kerbala university, and under the supervision of the Dean of engineering faculty and the Vice Dean for Scientific Affair, the Department of Architecture participated in the Iraqi-Iranian Science Day exhibition. This significant event aims to strengthen academic and research collaboration between the two nations. The participation of the Department of Architecture was distinguished by various and diverse displays of student works, including traditional designs that reflect the architectural heritage and innovative, smart designs that align with contemporary technological advancements. These works were developed under the guidance of a distinguished team of professors and technicians from the department, who played a pivotal role in mentoring students to present their ideas in an innovative and professional manner. The participation also included the display of distinguished patents and scientific research published in Scopus-indexed journals, in addition to presenting models of devices manufactured within the department. These innovations came to reflect the efforts of students and faculty members in providing creative architectural and technical solutions that contribute to improving the urban environment and meeting the needs of society.
